• Personalised/customised items: Dispatched within 5–7 business days, as these require extra time to craft with precision and care.
• In case of bulk orders or special requests, the processing time may vary depending on the quantity and approval process.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
• A nominal shipping fee is applied for orders below ₹999.
• For express or priority shipping, additional charges may apply (calculated at checkout).

Delivery Timeline:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Please note that unforeseen delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or holidays may extend delivery times.
