Refund and Replacement Policy

At Invoke Home & Living, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a simple Return & Exchange Policy:

 

1.   Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. You are eligible for either a full refund or a free replacement of the item or a credit note, depending on your preference. 


- Time Frame: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

- Process: Send us an email at Info@Invokehomeandliving.com with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged item. Our customer service team will guide you through the return and replacement process.

- Shipping: For damaged or defective products, there is no extra shipping cost for the customer.


2.   Incorrect Product
If you receive a product different from what has been ordered, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We shall send a replacement of the item or a credit note, depending on your preference. 

- Time Frame: The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Process: Send us an email at Info@Invokehomeandliving.com with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return and replacement process.


3.   Product Does Not Fit Your Home

If you feel that the product does not fit your home or does not meet your expectations, we understand. In this case, you can request a return and we will refund the amount after deducting a small restocking and handling fee. This fee is based on the total order value as follows:

 

·       Orders up to Rs. 1,500: Rs. 200 deduction

·       Orders between Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 3,000: Rs.350 deduction 

·       Orders between Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 5,000: Rs.450 deduction

·       Orders above Rs. 5000: Rs.600 deduction

 

- Time Frame: The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Process: Please reach out to us via email at Info@Invokehomeandliving.com , and we share the address details to ship back the product to us.
- Shipping: For products returned due to fitting issues, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

- Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. In case of any rejection, we shall share an opening video with you.

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via UPI/account transfer.
